Feature: New & Improved Teleconference Recording System
As some of you have noticed we have released our new teleconference recording system.
After lots of feedback and talks with our users about our old recording system and its limitations, we have worked long and hard to remake our teleconference recording system.
So you might be asking yourself, well what changed?
- Removed 'moderator call in to start recording' restriction.
- Added recording ability for Permanent/Non timed conferences.
- Web page shows if the conference is currently being recorded.
- Recording does not need to be scheduled to be started - (Single Click Start).
- Multiple recordings can be made by starting, stopping and starting recording.
- Moderators phone menu can start & stop the recording - (*5)
- Recordings are held under separate menu item
With the addition of the moderator being able to start and stop the recording this enables our service to also be used as an emergency meeting room as our service no longer requires the internet to start the recording.
We have many more plans in the future for the recording system and we want your feedback please use our contact us form to submit feedback on this feature or any other.
Thanks,
Clint Davis
