Please remember to allow for 2 days delivery of the post, so once you receive the invoice you will have 3 days to send the cheque. (Depending on the day of the week)

Feature: CC Accounts Email for Invoices

We have added a new feature to our teleconferencing service. The ability to CC another email address so that you get informed of the invoice email, (cc to your accounts department).

This feature makes it automatic process and saves customers time when they receive the invoices.

This feature is available by email request, and will be added to the my account section in the next website update. Allowing for the customer to manage the setting.
