Beta Skype Conference Calls - Now use Skype-To-Skype to dial us

Skype For AsteriskGreymouse is beta testing a Skype add-on for our PBX system called 'Skype For Asterisk' from Digium, this add-on allows for integration between Skype and our teleconferencing system. This enhancement allows for our teleconferencing solution to bridge calls from a 1800 Number, Local Telephone Numbers, SIP (VoIP) & Skype calls all in the same Teleconference room.

The Skype dialling method is a Skype-to-Skype call which means the participant will not incur a fee for dialling our Skype account and for the use of our service we have a discount rate for Skype calls, the host pays 5¢ per minute per Skype line for the use of our service.

1800 Toll Free Number - Landline Pricing Change

We have improved our pricing model for our 1800 toll-free number.

Effective immediately any calls placed through our participant toll-free number from landlines will now cost 16 cents per minute and not the standard 20 cents per minute.

Landlines get detected through their caller ID, if that is blocked/hidden/private the price will default to the mobile pricing at 20 cents per minute.

We hope this change makes our 1800 participant toll-free number an option for customers on smaller teleconferencing budgets.

International Teleconferencing Now Available - 29 Country's @ 10¢ Per Minute

Further expanding on our Automatic Invite System we have now added 203 Landline destinations & 127 Mobile destinations to the available international numbers.

This also comes with a new pricing structure, giving you international teleconferencing at even cheaper prices!

Teleconference Control Panel Update

The Greymouse Teleconference Control Panel has been updated to allow for booking a permanent number, where invoices are sent out at the end of each month.

This change still allows for one user account to host many conference rooms.

With this change comes a new way of using the advanced features & passwords, they are hidden to begin with and the option to show them must be ticked on to use them.
