Frequently Asked Questions

How will I be paid?
For non-Australian based affiliates we pay using your PayPal account. For Australian affiliates we can pay by cheque or PayPal.

Our system works on Australian dollars, you will get paid the commission in Australian dollars. (Countries outside of Australia, PayPal will convert the payment into your local currency)

What is the minimum amount I have to earn before I will be paid?
The minimum payment threshold is $50. Once you have reached affiliate earnings over $50 you will be paid by your nominated payment method.

What reporting metrics are available?
We provide many tools so that you can decide what works best on your website. On your "Affiliate System" page, you will be able to view the number of Click Throughs, Sign-ups, your conversion rate, total sales, average sales value and your total commission earned.

What is the cookie life-time?
30 days. If a visitor to your site clicks-through to our site, doesn't sign-up but visits up to a month later and does sign-up, your affiliate id will be saved under that customer.

The Sign-up form says i need to select a plan?
If you do not wish to also use teleconferencing, select the free 2 conferences plan.

How do i get the links on my website

Can I use a link to a specific part of your webpage and earn affiliate revenue?

Can I use one affiliate account on multiple websites?
Yes, you can use the same id in the links to record commission across multiple websites.
