How do I mute or un-mute my call?

Phone Commands are telephone/dial-pad control (DTMF) functions that allow the host to manage the conference.

Our phone commands are: (These may be different to other service providers)

*1 Mute / Unmute. (User can be permanently muted, by using the 'listen only' conference creation option)
*4 / 6 to decrease / increase the conference volume.
*7 / 9 to decrease / increase your microphone volume.
*8 to exit menu.
